Leaving the child with a baby sitter while picking up the check? Having a friend come along and sit in the car while you pick up the check? Have the check mailed to you so you don't have to worry about hiring a babysitter or bringing a friend along to pick up your check? Direct deposit?

Uhhh, free speech, it's her kid, people smoke dope in front of their kids (which is way worse than porno).... who is to say it is worse to pick up your paycheck (kid in tow) at an oil refinery than an adult book store? Wake Up!! Sex is the least of our worries. Maybe the Deputy was trying to boost his "stats," quotas are illegal but stats are not.
