Vote for artsy newspaper racks, get chance at Paisley tix
The Bakersfield Californian recently asked Cal State Bakersfield art students to paint a newspaper racks. And now we're asking you to vote for your favorite. If you vote, your name will be submitted into a drawing for 2 tickets to the Brad Paisley concert at Rabobank Arena on Sept. 24. We'll also give the winning artist a separate prize.
