JCPenney is having a big sale in the women's department. I just bought myself $400 worth of clothes for $200. Most items are Buy 1, Get 1 free meaning it's a great time to stock up on the basics.
If you don't have time to go to the mall, I also discovered a way to get discounts online. Check out a site called RetailMeNot.com. For J.C. Penney, it tells you by using the code "Santa" at checkout online, you can save 30%! You can search the site for your favorite online stores, and they will most likely have a discount.
If not, Google:the store name + promo code
There are tons of sites that also have codes or special links.
I wish I knew about this years ago!

FYI: JCPenney offers a 15% off coupon and a free shipping coupon every month. They change the coupon codes on the 1st of every month. My favorite place to check out JC Penney coupon codes is gogoshopper.com. posted by

I always use http://www.pocketdeal.com , they have thousands of up-to-date coupons for most stores, and they post hundreds of new coupons and deals every day!
