BeyondTheBag - > Beyond The Bag -> Shop now for stocking stuffers
Shop now for stocking stuffers
I love to shop, but after Thanksgiving, I avoid going into stores at all costs.  It's too stressful and crowded for me, but now is the perfect time to browse for stocking stuffers and other holiday gifts.

I like to give ornaments as stocking stuffers.  They're inexpensive, but they feel special when placed in a small gift bag or box with a bow.

This year, Pier One has a good ornament selection.  I bought Santa cap, a reindeer and pretty globes for $4 each.   Online, you can get jingle bell ornaments for as cheap as $1!

In Bakersfield, there are two Pier 1 stores.  One is on the East side in the East Hills Mall complex (3800 Mall View Road), and the other is in the Northwest Promenade (9030 Rosedale Highway near the Kohl's).

Don't forget Ebay for a lot of your Christmas gifts.  I get things off of the "Bay"  that are new, inexpensice, and hard to find, making it the perfect way to shop.  No gas, no stress, no walking.
