Let me guess; and please tell me how wrong I am: The bulk of these vehicles belonged to Mexicans who are here illegally.

They need to do this in Bakersfield.

Mexicans here illegaly?  Really?  I didn't know that.  Seriously, probably are Mexicans and druggies.

Kudos for KCSD!  I am sure we also get uninsured drivers and unlicensed drivers off the streets as well.  Lets do this in Bakersfield BPD.  We want to keep our streets safe.  I am sure Senator Flores or UFW will cry racial profiling or some other BS.

Chances are 1 out of 4 of these had a valid registration and license plate BUT it was on another vehicle at the time!

What do you mean? They took a valid registration off of another vehicle and put it on an unregistered vehicle? What's the benefit in doing that if you already have a registered vehicle?

I was in Bakersfield a week ago and this lady bragged to me how she hadn't had a Driver's license in 15 years (which means she probably doesn't have insurance)! That was one of the wierdest things I've heard someone brag about.

I haven't been stopped in 20 years sounds like a good idea

I get pulled over every 4 or five years so after the next one, I'll be sure to not register for the next half decade.

It's the illegals who don't have a driver's license or insurance that SCARES ME THE MOST....ESPECIALLY on payday, when they spend it on booze and then drive.
