INVESTIGATING AGENCY:  Kern County Fire Department

Details:  This decedent was a victim of a residential fire.  An autopsy was performed on 05/13/2008 and it was determined that the cause of death was the result of Smoke Inhalation with Hypertensive Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease as a contributing  factor.  The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Kern County Fire Department.
