Sometimes I wish our laws were more strict.. I bet if the penalty for vandalized property or writing graffiti was to have a hand cut off, we'd see far less of it.

The little bastiges with cans a paint -- they make normally reasonable people (like Adam) fall prey to agreeing with more big brother -- like putting huge refundable deposit down to buy spray paint cans......

Enforce the laws on the books (they're there -- how's that OB?  ;-) ) and send the little darlings to stoney lonesome for a stir........ of coors nowadays thats a badge of courage, but at least it'll keep em from sprayin..........

p.s. some of the darlins are really talented........ channel them into productive enterprises in advertising, etc. well........ its a thought......
