This is not the first time the driver, Michael Montgomery has taken the life of an innocent victim.  He is responsible for the shooting that occurred on U Street in August 2006, which took the life of a 17 year old kid standing in his grandmother's front yard.  Eye witnesses reported him driving the same 2005 Chrysler Sebring.  It is my prayer that he makes a speedy recovery so he can began serving his well deserved life sentence in prison.

Such a TRAGEDY, yes Rianna had  a short life lived. She was  only 19 and she was a  loving, caring and giving girl. Two lifes taken by a DRUNK Driver and one beautiful girl still fighting for hers. Our prayers are with you.  All these rumors going around are horrible they need to stop! Let our loved ones REST IN PEACE. Our family is not upset at the Goddard family we feel your pain. And as for the Drunk driver.... Yes speedy recovery is what we pray for so you can serve the sentence for the crime you committed. Also we would like to hear from the gentleman that  pulled over and tried to help we believe you live in Los Angeles, you and your wife did attend Rianna's funeral. ..

Rianna may of God cradle you in his loving arms..You are missed but not forgotten.. RIP..
