Where were the parents?  They didn't think it was a little suspicious that an adult male would want to spend so much time with their children?

Somebody really needs to explain to me what a child as young as 6 year old is doing in a trailer with this man.  As Audrey said where were the parents.  They need to be questioned and held accountable for their neglect.  I would think a child as old as 13 would know this behavior is wrong.  This just makes me sick.

The man that did this was the father to my little sisters best friend. NEVER would we have though something like this could happen, he seemed like a good man he was a well known EMT in the area, and his daughter and my little sister grew up together,  my sister was drugged, and never knew ANY of it happend. My parents are the type of parents that know everywhere their kids go, what they are doing, my sister is 12 with a cell phone and calls my parents all the time to let the, know what she doing. Needless to say, my sister no longer stays the night at friends houses.

People are discusting, they need to be locked up forever and die of a horrible death. Not always is it the parents of the victims fault, so PLEASE dont jump to the accusion that it is the parents fault. Like i said, i could be wrong in this case, but as for all molestation cases, that isnt always what happens. Please be VERY catious with sleep overs, and get togethers, that is what came out of "slumber parties".

The guy in the trailer is gross. I wonder if he was related to any of those children.  Does anybody know if most sexual abuse is done by family members? I heard that, but I don't know the actual statistics.

I dont know the statistics, but I know know off a personal experience that it happens through family, and from people i know that have also had it happen through family, but im not so sure if it mostly happens from family members.

I am not supporting this person as I believe he is guilt, but he is presumed innocet until found guilty in a court of law.

Sf, this isn't a court of law.  The man was found naked with naked children and to say he is "presumed" guilty and accuse Lana of having lynch mob mentality is unbelievable.   Do you know how stuffy that sounded?

Unfortunately Tiff, child molesters are no longer housed in general population now.  They are housed un seperate units with OTHER CHILD MOLESTERS!  Birds of a feather and all that...

Child molesters, snitches, gang drop outs, law enforcement, and celebrities all have their own special place together in prison....Lucky for them. 

There is no deterrent for these animals to stop...if caught-placed in protective custody...away from general population...and they know it....prison is just an inconvience for them...free to think of new ways to get around the system once released so they can do it all over again....the system doesn't work....

This is the life they chose...put them into general population, and let others know that when caught, that's exactly where they will be housed...and watch how fast this type of crime will take a drop...hey..food for thought?

Wow some of you have no understanding of the law or our civil rights. You might want to study them before you decide to convict someone by mob rule.

I believe the guy is 100% guilty, but must have his day in court under the law. Civil rights are only as good as what we give the lowest criminal or lowest of society. I also believe this guy should be locked up for life w/o parole.

SF---he was presumed innocent until the person saw 3 naked little boys in the trailer with him, along with pics and a camera....Take him out...sodomize him, rape him, till he just cant last anymore, then put a 9mm to his thing, and another to his temple...and BANG...Because in this GREAT, PERFECT, picture of Justice that you paint, he will be put in Protective Custody, so that Bubba won't befriend him, and he will spend many years behind bars at our expense.

This sicko will get over it.  He will get out of jail and be relocated to some scumbag hotel where citizens will protest that they need a chance.  This is B...it.  What about the victims?  I have read enough and seen enough that indicates that the victims lives will take years to rebuild and get over this.  The head trip that these perverts do to these kids is unbelievable.  Lets do rally around the victims and offer them our support.  We need to educate the children about these pervs and give them enough support and confidence that they will come forward before it is too late.  How to do this I don't know.  I would think it would start with the parents taking and active roll in their lives and not be so selfish to pawn them off to another person so they can  party or go out for an evening.  I wonder when the last time these kids ate dinner at a table with the family with no TV.

They should have killed him, now he will serve some time and when he gets out he will be given free housing, food, and $$!!! What the ...! Did anybody notice the sign he had outside his trailerhouse? It said free cookies, hugs, and kids spoiled here. He was luring kids over to his trailerhome with cookies. I wouldn't be surprised if he was giving the older boys alcohol  and drugs.

While my gut reaction is to s l o w l y beat this human turd to death I am not hypocrite with the law.  As I see it, a case like this is a true test of our character and our personal belief in our system of laws.  In this instance it truly pains me to say it but I will: He's innocent until twelve jurors say otherwise. 

If we do not adhere to our system of laws we are no better than the savages in the Middle East who cut Daniel Pearl's throat and filmed it for the world to see.  Can't have it both ways.  Either you're a savage or civilized.

Lana, if he did that to MY kids I'd have to get in line to even get to the guy.  It would look like that scene from Airplane where all the passengers are standing in the aisle with weapons waiting to nail that hysterical woman.  My mom, my dad, my husband, my husband's mom, etc. would not hesitate to beat that guy to oblivion. 

You really have to wonder about these kids' parents, though.  I would never, ever let my kids hang out at some old man's house.  Did these parents just fall off the turnip truck, or do they just not care?
