On 10/12/08, at 3:38 a.m. Bakersfield Police responded to an audible burglary

the burglary and were arrested.  They were identified as:

17 year old male juvenile, both of Bakersfield.

Burglary detectives were called to the scene and their investigation revealed that
Lawrence Stallman was responsible for approximately eight additional
commercial burglaries.  Burglary detectives served several search warrants and
recovered five computers, two of which were confirmed as stolen.  Two additional
suspects were arrested.  Narciso Villanueva, Jr. (41) was arrested at an
apartment located at 25 Williamson Way.  Richard Stallman (20) was arrested at
an apartment in the 1600 block of Terrace Way.

Lawrence Raymond Stallman was arrested on nine counts of burglary, nine

old juvenile was arrested for one count of burglary and conspiracy.  Narciso
Villanueva was arrested burglary, conspiracy, receiving stolen property, criminal
threats and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.    Richard Stallman was
arrested on one count of receiving stolen property.

Detectives have identified and are seeking a fifth suspect in connection with
several commercial burglaries.  He is identified as:
