The toxicology of a 5-month-old boy who died last month has come back negative, coroner’s officials said Monday.

No alcohol or dugs were found in Carl Deloney’s system, said John Van Rensselaer, Supervising Deputy Coroner. Doctor are now analyzing the body to try to find what might have killed the child.

Deloney died Dec. 18 in a hospital. He was initially found not breathing Dec. 15 at a trailer park at the 6600 block of Eucalyptus Street. Deputies called the death suspicious.

The Sheriff's Department is waiting for results as part of their investigation.

This is very sad, but all the toxicology test came back negative,  the coroner is scratching his head.  I wonder if the police are calling it suspicious because it happened in a trailer park.  If it had of been an upscale neighbor hood they would have already said it was "sudden infant death syndrome."
