UPDATE: This AMBER ALERT was cancelled.

This is an AMBER ALERT message from the California Highway Patrol. A child abduction occured on Feb. 27, at 12:45 p.m. in Santa Barbara, CA. The child is a newborn Hispanic male, 20 inches, 7 lbs. The suspect is Leianna Patricia Arzate, a Hispanic female, 33 years old, 5'1, 135 pounds, long brown hair, blue eyes, wearing either pink scrubs with a "Betty Boop" pattern or a tight light-colored shirt, black pants and a parrot tattoo on her bicep.

Possibly driving a 2006 blue Chevy Sedan, CA License 5TYW619, with chrome wheels. To report possible sighting, call 911.
