On 2/28/09, Louie Flores, 19 yrs, of Bakersfield, was stabbed behind Rocky's Pizza and Arcade at 2858 Niles Street.  On 3/6/09, Roberto Enriquez, 21 yrs, of Lamont, was shot in the 6000 block of Times Square Drive in the city of Bakersfield.  Deputies from the Kern County Sheriff's Office Gang Suppression Section worked jointly with officers from the Bakersfield Police Department's Special Enforcement Unit and a 15 year old from Bakersfield was positively identified as the suspect in both incidents.  The Bakersfield Police Department charged the 15 year old with assault with a deadly weapon and being a member of a criminal street gang in the shooting incident.  Gang Suppression Section Deputies charged the same juvenile suspect with assault with a deadly weapon and active gang participation in the stabbing incident from 2/28/09 at Rocky's Pizza and Arcade.
