Stockdale Tower burglarly suspect may have struck again

On 4/24/09, a burglary occurred to the Halliburton offices at the Stockdale
Towers, 5060 California Avenue, Suite #300 (BPD Case #09-94202).  Through
the investigation the suspect responsible was identified as:
 
Jerry Ray Crook AKA David William Jacobson WM 49 
5'11” 135 lbs., short brown hair, blue eyes.
 
A felony warrant for burglary now exists for the arrest of Crook, under the alias of
David Jacobson.  
 
On 7/01/09 a similar burglary occurred to City of Bakersfield Development
Services Department, 1715 Chester Avenue (BPD Case #09-146203) and the
suspect was captured on video surveillance.  The suspect is believed to be Jerry
Crook AKA David Jacobson.  Cook is wanted for questioning in several
commercial burglaries.
 
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Jerry Ray Crook AKA David
William Jacobson is urged to contact Detective Vaughn Riddle at 661-326-3555
or the Bakersfield Police Department at 661-327-7111.

Has anyone scoured the Kern River banks near Petroglen for him?  This dude looks tore up.  Let me guess - he's stealing because he's a drug addict?  Oh yeah, and very aptly named!  The Crook family should be proud!

Is this Crook related to the James Crook that was charged with "annoying a child"  (correction: lewd and lascivious acts wih a child- acquitted) a few years back at the fairgrounds?
