I don't suppose that is his yearbook photo.  I wonder how many times he has been arrested before.

Mama did a good job rasing this one.  i wonder how many other productive citizens reside in that home?

tfey: go to the home and ask them.

msjenny:  Yeah, I guess 8am would be good time to catch them home since none of them work.  Maybe I should do that.....Isla Bonita

there you go, sounds like you know them, 8 is fine with me,

but seriously when i see the age of this young boys, and i have a son at home, i just pray that my son does not get involved with gangs, and it astounds me that they will spend a long time in jail, it is sad life for young people who travel this road.

it sure is.  And there is no excuse for it.  If a parent is home all the time, he/she can should be able to raise their child correctly.  Have a curfew and keep them off the streets.

Hopefully he is charged as an adult and  has bubba the booty bandit as a cell mate.

Speedy Recovery Isaac!

Did any one see the interview on KGET with the mom? And you wonder why our young black youth go astray... Momma basically went on TV and said 'my baby did nothing wrong! Turn yourself in and we'll lawyer up on these po-po's'  It was quite disgusting. When parents don't respect the law, neither do the kids. I'm curious if mom also has a record. The apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

Yup! Check Kern County Superior Court Website! Momma Claudette has a wrap sheet too. So, the generational disrespect for the law continues.

How is she going to afford an lawyer.  I don't think welfare pays legal fees.  Oh, maybe the attorney will take a check (note:  all the nsf over $200 checks she wrote on the Kern County Court website).  This mom and dad should be arrested.  Maybe dad is already in the joint.  This is social service programs at their very finest.  SSI, welfare, Section 8.  See where our tax dollars go?

WE the taxpayers will pay for his defense attorney

he will be released anyways, RIGHT after he is arrested, the DA and judges in this county are always protecting the criminals, poor cops.

Yeah, I know.  Just like us working folks will pay for his buddy to get patched up at KMC.  Something is really wrong with the system.   His buddies insurance is probably better coverage than the cops.  Buddy will not have a copay.

OR, better yet - the THUGS that tried to KILL our officers will sue the county and be the next California Millionaires ! (the local judges will grant that too)

What's do you call a 1000 lawyers on the bottom of the sea.........a good start.

Like mother, like son.........both not worth the air they breathe. What a waste of human beings. Losers!!!

Speedy recovery, officer. And thank you to all of BPD and KC Sheriffs who place themselves on the line everyday, to protect us from trash like Mama Claudette and son.

I missed this bit of news!  When did this happen?  Although after reading the blogs...I have to agree with tfey.  We, the tax payers, are footing the bill for all of this madness!   Totally disgusting!
