I have been working downtown for the past 10 years and have noticed twice as many homeless passing through and walking the streets.  There is also a Methadone clinic down the street.  There is a crazy guy we call Moses who curses to the sky.  These folks don't follow the rules and walk across red lights so beware.  Now its getting dark at 5pm.  How about more BPD foot or bike patrols downtown.

Alan Tandy is saving up money to build a baseball park. He can't possibly waste it on additional officers...

I used to be a security guard at the downtown bus station and i would always have to help break up arguements and fights all of the time. Also the bums would be fighting over bottles and cans as well. Its pretty sad!

The sad thing about these guys i noticed is there age. They are to young to be like this, they are only in there early 20's and already bums. That's pretty sad.
