CITY OF RESIDENCE: Fresno, CA AGE: 24 yrs.
TYPE OF CASE: Fatal Traffic Accident
DATE OF INCIDENT: 11/07/2009 TIME: 1915 hrs.
LOCATION: SR-99, just South of Whisler Road near McFarland, CA
DATE OF DEATH: 11/07/2009 TIME: 2104 hrs.
PLACE OF DEATH: Kern Medical Center Emergency Room
INVESTIGATING AGENCY: California Highway Patrol

Details: This decedent was the unrestrained and ejected operator of a SUV that struck a guard-rail and overturned.

Comments: The next of kin has now been notified.
