Bakersfield Now, also known as KBAK Channel 29, has interviewed the girl who was apparently shot by a CHP officer the other day. She doesn't have a ton to say, other than she's suing. The bullet went into the right side of girl's neck, through her chest and came out her left side, she said. "It burned," Jennifer said. "It was like someone poured hot water, boiling hot water on me."

They investigated 60 cases of sudden unexplained deaths in Spain after incarcerations. All died within 24 hours after an arrest. Almost all were male with an average age of 33.
