Deliberations, in a Black Kern murder case?  They are just deciding the size of the needle!!

Excuse me....didn't Brothers all but admit to being the guilty party when he lipped his apologies and prayers to Eddie Harper (son, brother, and uncle of the victims)????

He's lied so much on the stand that even HE doesn't know when he's telling the truth anymore!!

Way to go Lisa Green!!!  She did an exellent job...and as a lone soldier!!  It took 2 different defense attorneys to try and keep his lying butt out of jail!!  And they STILL FAILED!  Lisa did her homework for months and came out ready to prosecute....and prosecute she did!!

I agree Lisa did a great job, but one of the high school kids who participate in the mock trials could have made Gardina and Bryan look like the goofs they are...

The race card playa. I noticed yesterday nobody on these boards played the race card. It was also curious that that also happened to be the day all Brothers old friends were in court talking about how nice he was 27 years ago. What a coincidence that when his old buddies are in court and away from their computers, there's no race card played on these boards. Once they are out of court, here's the race card again. Sort of makes me say HUMMMMM?!

How disingenuous to say that brother confessed to harper, he could have said F**k**%, and none would know the difference, you are just assuming that because the greelady said so, it is so. He probably said he did not do it, who knows, are you a lip reader or a lip syncher?

Or else the probation department did a "sweep", and they were "temporarily unavailable".

It wasn't clear what he was saying when Eddie Harper was leaving the stand, but it was obvious he was in a praying position.  He could have been praying to god.  how did EB come to the conclusion that it appeared to be a threat?

Praying, or preying, how do you know? Assuming as usual.

Compare the testimony posted 04-30-07 at 11:23 a.m. which seems to be missing information compared to Testimony posted April 24, 2007 at 3:41 p.m.  Both testimonies found in April 2007 archives.

You all are a bunch of lamos! You guys have nothing better to do than to sit up here all day talking crap about a man you do not know!

Kind of like all his friends who testified they "know" him....

01:49,

I'm always amused with those who act indignant over an activity of which they are--by the vary act of indignation--partaking.

"...talking crap about a man you do not know!"

I don't WANT to know him...but we all know OF him because of his abhorrent, sub-human behavior.
