Hurley not on playoff roster

Condors coach Marty Raymond submitted his 23-man playoff roster to the ECHL on Monday, leaving rookie defenseman Sean Hurley without a job.
Hurley had been assigned to the Condors by the Anaheim Ducks and Raymond said he talked with Ducks officials while in Anaheim on Sunday after Hurley did not show up for a meeting Sunday morning with Raymond.
“I told him he had to meet with me Sunday and he told me it was his day off,” said Raymond who had an animated conversation with Hurley after a 3-2 shootout loss to Ontario on Saturday night. “I’d certainly say his attitude wasn’t conducive to our team progress.”
Hurley (nine points in 47 games) had been in and out of the lineup over the past 15 games, playing in just seven of those games.
“At the end of the day I’d rather concentrate on positive things, like the rest of the team,” Raymond said.
Added to the roster were four players in the American Hockey League — Chad Painchaud, Andrew Thomas and Charlie Kronschnabel with Iowa and Matt Pope with Manitoba. Painchaud and Thomas are expected to arrive in Bakersfield ton Tuesday. Kronschnabel and Pope will remain in the AHL at this time.

Got to wonder what is going on behind closed doors?  This isn't the first player this year to have issues with Raymond.  Is he losing the respect of his players or has he already lost it?  Its 3rd round or bust.  Marty Hockey may not survive another year in Condorstown.
