Condors shuffle lines
A lackluster effort in a 6-1 loss at home to Alaska on Tuesday night has resulted in some changes for the Condors.
After enduring a “bag” skate on Wednesday it was back to business at practice on Friday with some shakeups. First, rookie Danny Stewart was dealt to Utah for future considerations. Then, changes were made to all of the forward lines. Rookie Todd Griffith had been centering between veterans Sean Venedam and Kevin St. Jacques the past five games and that line had a lot of success. But the other two lines have struggled to score points. Now Venedam, St. Jacques and Mike Hofstrand will be centering lines. Also, defenseman Steve Rodberg (who has a heck of a shot from the point but has been out due to an injury) will play in his first game on Saturday. It will be interesting to see the results on Saturday night as Alaska rolls back into town. Mike Griffith 0 comments from 0 users
