Two news articles at www.croycroy.com are about a Bakersfield (Oildale) family that was on the run from John Walsh.

I recently interviewed the wife and son to learn what it was like to have been featured 3 times on Americas Most Wanted. Their version of the story has been put into a 500+ page book that should be available online in a day or so.

Before I put this customized Excel spreadsheet real estate related software on ebay, I was wondering what else it could be used for. How much should I ask for it?

It is designed to compare a column in one database to a column in another database, and make a 3rd database showing the matching rows. So the 1st row contains the data from the 1st database and the 2nd row contains all of the information found in the 2nd database.

Originally designed to compare information about homes and land for sale, taken from this Bakersfield MLS directory, and compare the information found about the same listings, but from this company. There is no guarantee that both real estate databases had information about a place you're interested in purchasing, but if they DID have information about that place, you'd want to see it.

This custom designed Excel program comes with a simple interface with only 2 buttons to push. And once the real estate info is loaded, it goes into both databases and brings up the matching street addresses all within seconds.

If you'll suggest some uses for this, I'm gonna draw up a sales ad based upon your ideas. If I use your ideas I'll gladly pay you for your idea (IF it sells on ebay!)

Hello Friends,
Did you know that I'm the 1st Vice President of Bakersfield's KCPA-TV  and that we're building a video only site at

www.vdo.kcpa-tv.com and want you to help bring traffic to it?

We'll be producing several cable TV shows, based upon the website at http://vdo.kcpa-tv.com, which hosts the following

domains:

www. Help Wanted Videos.com
www. Yard Sales on TV.com
www. Give Me 5 Minutes.biz
www. I Wanna Sing on TV.com
www. Hot-Dates-at-KCPA-TV.com

It should be easy enough to figure out what types of videos are wanted at http://vdo.kcpa-tv.com, and for now the service is FREE. We're not trying to become another YouTube or MySpace, our market is serving the citizens of Kern County, CA.

Anyone with a video message likely to be of interest to our viewers is welcome to post as many different videos as they'd like.

However, at this time we require that your video be hosted someplace else, like on YouTube.com, and that you simply put the codes onto our site. We even have a category for Community Agencies wishing to inform the public of their services.

In the near future (when we've raised $25,000 in investments) we will begin offering to air weekly on cable TV, videos from the various categories, for a fee. Listing on the website is free, broadcasting your video on our local cable channel can cost as little as $25 for a yard sale slot or as much as $200 on the show "Give Me 5 Minutes".

So, this would be a good opportunity to claim your FREE spot and let your video bring new people into your programs.

Until next time.

During the last 6 years, the dollar has lost 50% value but nobody seems to care! That is 10% a year inflation, and it is still happening today. I'll give you .50c for that dollar bill.

It's not on the news, few (if any) talk show hosts discuss it, and local schools don't teach alternatives. If you travel outside the US and have to convert your dollars then you already know the serious problem we face. People around the world are buying US dollars for only .50c each.

But what about money sitting in a bank, losing 10% of its value each year? Isn't the smart thing to do is convert your remaining cash into euros and maybe purchase dollars when the value drops down to say .25c each? Isn't it true that as the dollar drops, your holdings in euros increase? Or am I wrong?  I need help!

Since the euro is now the currency of choice for most of the world, and to prevent our life savings from evaporating, shouldn't we have a "Plan B" based upon the euro? My question is, what plans do YOU have and do you even care?

What could happen when you take your phone company into Small Claims Court? Today I went downtown to my PO box, and discovered another bill from Cingular Wireless. Normally I save them unopened in a pile, since my bill is supposed to only be $39.95/mo. Something told me to open it, and it says we owe $306.52.  So now, I've gotta go see my lawyer about this.

I've heard that Cingular lost CSUB as a client, partly because of the numerous cingular billing errors. And, most of my Cingular Wireless friends often complain about what if Cingular Wireless overcharges their 50 million customers only .50 a month. Most people would not notice the $.50 but it would make a big difference to Cingular Wireless, IMHO.

What I'm upset about is an agreement being worked out between Cingualr Wireless and myself, a copy of which you can read if you have Adobe Reader installed. Court is set for the day after Christmas. While the phone has been shut off during our "dispute", they obviously have continued to bill me. If I reconnect my scanner I'll let you see the bill yourself. Our "agreement" should cover all prior bills up to and including the current one. And, I don't want them to cancel the service (and subject us to early termination fees) since I'll need cellular service anyway.

What are your comments about the proposed "agreement" they want me to sign?

On Sunday the 19th of November, local Lamont filmmaker Dionicio Virvez (www.VirvezOnline.com), got together with some of his Hollywood friends (www.TheDiversityAwards.org) and threw a great party in L.A. at the Century  Plaza Hotel (http://www.centuryplaza.hya...)

Of course, I brought back some photos of yours truly having a blast and posing with other interesting personalities. If you ever get a chance to attend a similar affair, you really should go. Take my word for it.
