I understand the decline in building based on today's market. I live in a Castle & Cooke neighborhood that is partially complete. We have homes that are exposed and leave our neighborhood less then desirable. On a few occasions I have notified the superintendent that the kit fox in the neighborhood are digging into old trash and eating food that is left behind on any given day that there might be a crew working out here. It is quite apparent that the people working in our neighborhood have no respect for the ones who are already living here. I am tired of cleaning up the debris and strewed trash left in front of my yard and house as well as others. When I brought the Kit Fox matter to the superintendents attention he states " they, (Kit Fox) are a pain to deal with and we just turn a blind eye". He went on to say that "if they notify the appropriate agency it will slow down any possible closing in the immediate area and in this market that is the last thing they want to do". This was not the right answer, he further said that his supervisor Mr. Rose could be contacted but this was his direction? Is Castle & Cooke above following the laws in place?

I am no Kit Fox activist but I do expect for this to be adhered to in our neighborhood. Instead of driving around in his truck all day the superintendent should get out and clean up. Our neighborhood looks like a bad mishap.
