It's that time of year again!
This is the Bakersfield.com Halloween blog. We started this last year and thought that we would do it again! So, let's start this off with a question!

I am going to do what I do every year. Turn off all the lights in the house and set my front lawn sprinklers to run from 5:30pm to 9:00pm. :)
