Well I'm alergic to a couple of the componds in the vaccine(s) so I just don't even think about it. My mom had the flu shot once and was sick for weeks. She never got another one and the flu passed her by! go figure. I also think that my immune system is at its peak because I've gotten certain diseases/flu and I don't get the stuff but once every couple of years - maybe. posted by
