I'm sitting here wondering about Bakersfield.  I'm thinking about the politics here.  I have to admit they aren't nearly as bad as some places I've heard of.  But I still wonder.  When you think about politics in the United States, I think corruption, uselessness, money, and interest groups.  I'm sure there are plenty more words to throw in there.  But what I'm really interested in is politics in Bakersfield.  Or, politics in Kern County.

Who's in control here?  Who pulls the most weight?  Where is the money concentrated?  Does Abernathy and his people control the cities politics.  I see a lot of groups, and people, who despise the Abernathy crowd, but have you noticed that the best politicians in town seem to be from his group?  I'm not saying that it's a problem....

I think it's important for us to ask ourselves these questions.  What are your thoughts?

When you are in financial trouble, personally, do you immediately look for a higher paying job?  What is the first step you take?  CUTS.  Cutting back and consolidating are simple concepts that we use in personal finances to help keep us on track financially.  Any individual who claims that they cannot cut back is kidding himself.  Look at every single receipt you bring home.  Every quarter you pick up on the street (not these days).  Look at your car, house, food, clothing, other goodies.

Make your cuts before you do anything else.  Scale back.  Why don't we do this in government?  We put together all these "great" programs, and when they fail, instead of cutting them we throw more money into them in hopes that it will lure better employees and technology and lead to success.  That's silly.  Cut the programs.  Yeah, people will lose their jobs, big deal.  Since when was employment a right?  WAKE UP, it's not.  So those who lose their jobs will take their experience somewhere else.  They will go to work for someone who truly needs them.  Where they can contribute something to society.  Instead of drain money out of the taxpayers pockets.

We need to start educating our kids about finances in elementary school.  Our legislators haven't figured it out yet.  Maybe we need to mandate that they take personal finance courses so they can understand this simple concept.

These psychos are running our state into the ground, and they aren't willing to cut a single thing.  Anything you want to cut is opposed by someone.  So get over it.  Cut it, and make adjustments.  Even at the county and city level, I can see areas where we can consolidate and cut.  Can you even understand how much money this will save us taxpayers?

And, for you non taxpayers.  Don't even talk about this.  You shouldn't have a say here.  When my money is taken from me, and transfered to wasteful programs that serve you, I'm ready to quit working and paying taxes too.  All you people who don't pay taxes still reap the benefits of my tax money.  Roads, emergency care, education.  I pay for you, so you can keep your mouth closed.  If you want a voice in this country you ought to be a taxpaying citizen.

Get your house in order, and demand the government does the same.  We need to take back our state and country.

For all of you socialists and communists out there, put your brains back to work.  Quit calling for a government bailout.  That doesn't even make sense.  Why do they need a bailout?  Only losers need bailouts.  How is a bailout going to fix corruption?  Answer...it won't.

You supporters of these government bailouts make me sick.  Life is about winning and losing.  When you lose, you fail and are able to examine yourself, make the necessary adjustments, and then get back on the path to succeed.  If we bailout a failure, they never get to overcome their problems.  Nothing will change.

Only a true loser takes a bailout.  This isn't a difficult concept to grasp.  A failure will fail no matter what we do.  And here you socialist pigs are throwing our money at them.  Where is all this money coming from?  Can't you see this doesn't make any sense.  How can we, in a matter of months, come up with 700 billion dollars to give away, then a few weeks later propose that we do it again.  Can't you see we are printing this up?  We are setting ourselves up for massive inflation here.  If you can't see this that all hope is lost.  The drugs fried your brain and you are no longer able to think for yourself.  Who is going to bail you out of your stupidity?

Some force in the United States is trying to demoralize the people.  When did the gay issue even become legitimate?  When did we convince ourselves that homosexual behavior is acceptable.  This is outrageous.

Show me a society that thrived after accepting homosexuals?  It can't happen.  The society will inevitably fall apart.  There's no reason to be delicate here.  It's wrong.  It's not about love.  Once we let this go, it will open the door to a host of new issues.  It will bring minors into the picture, animals.  I know a lot of you gay supporters out there will say that is preposterous, but you know it is not.

Once we approve of one wrong behavior, we have just loosened up our standars.  Then, we will approve another and another.  Look at the bailout.  A little money here and there...now we're looking at trillions of dollars, and they still want more.  And CNBC is even talking about how the government needs to do more, last week they were talking about how government bailouts are socialist.

Don't accept this abomination.  Fight against homosexuality.  You don't need to fight physically, they deserve to be treated like humans (because they are).  But we must not let them impose an immoral behavior on our society and on our children.  This is what it all boils down to.  WAKE UP!

The American people sure were dooped this year.  You see, we got exactly what they wanted.  We were given two main choices for President, both of which would (and will) ruin our country.  McCain was the lesser of two evils, if you're going to play that game.  But, mark my word, he would still be evil.  Choosing McCain would only slightly delay the trouble our country will be in now that Obama will be our next President.

People need to understand why Obama is dangerous to our freedoms.  He is connected to Islam, Jews, anti-Americans, and terrorists.  You can gain a pretty good idea about a person by the people he admires and befriends.  As much as many intellectuals would like to deny it, they know it's true.  So why did this not matter when it came to Obama?

People were so blinded by his race.  This is all it boils down to.  He didn't present any policy that would be beneficial.  His proposals are preposterous.  But he said a lot of pretty things that didn't mean anything, and people voted for him.  They voted for him because they wanted to make history.  Wow, the first black president.  I am fine with a black president, but not an outright socialist.  Put white skin on Obama and I'd feel the same way.  He would still be an anti-American socialist scumbag.

The American voters let race decide this time.  It's funny that we like to think we're past race, but look what it's gotten us.  Get back to principles.  Vote on principle.  Why is this so hard?  Lets make history the right way.  Let's keep a close eye on Obama.  George W has built up the Executive office to a point where Obama will have more power than probably any other president.  We need to start holding our presidents accountable for their unconstitutional actions.

Obama will take an oath in January to defend and uphold the constitution.  The moment he betrays that oath, we need to do everything in our power to remove him from office.  If he performs constitutionally, than I will support him and vote for him in 2012.  But I'm not an idiot, so I know that won't happen.  Get ready you guys.  Don't get Obamatized.
