Do you really think that article about the football game newsworthy? Nancy do you just like to see your name in print or what? If you were really interested in football, you would have already know it was going to be on, I knew since last Wed. I am really glad that you got off the losing band wagon on medical marijuana issue. Like I said before, you may win a battle or two, but you won't win the war, with an 80% approval rate to just plain LEGALIZE IT. So now you make a for sure newsworthy article on a football game........my God Nancy get a job or something. Make sure you chew those words when you were knocking around the marijuana issue.....like the song goes........now they should be regulating liquor stores, child molesters must carry a card. that so they can't feed their sexual appetites by letting them in strip joints. Those are the dangerous people certainly not pot smokers.......I hope you have been reading all the research done on Marijuana if you don't get by now Grandma, you never will. It take all kinds of weird human beings to make this world go around, and I got you listed as a circus who like to see her name in print. Geeeeez what would we be writing about tomorrow after the game is over......I just can't wait to see what the circus has to say. posted by

Culver, a family member is playing for Fresno State and I always let the folks here know (maybe as a reminder) when the game is going to be on. Last week Zack gave us a play by play since it wasn't televised. This weeks it's on ESPNU and I wanted to let folks who care about the team, and about Ryan, know they could watch if they choose to. I really don't know why you're so hateful but bear in mind your hate eats at you and not me. For the Bulldogs fans, enjoy the game. (for the record, I've mentioned it before. As motopoet says, I'm a Ryan fan, not a football fan. The Bulldog games are the only ones I watch.) posted by

Or anytime. Just about the only time he makes and appearance is to rip into me. I plan on enjoying the game anyway. Motopoet is out for the evening and DVR'ing it so my job is to send stats on yds to him and to Ryans mom Trish. She's at the game and they don't get that info I guess. The last football game I went to was Ryans senior year at West so I know nada. posted by

Just for clarity. I don't take any credit for the great person and athlete Ryan turned out to be. Motopoet (my son) married Ryans grandma (yeah, she's a youngish grandma) and she brought her daughter Trish and Ryan along with his adopted brother Dante into our family. Sooo, technically I'm Ryans great grandmother by marriage. He was always a quiet boy and seemed so serious while his brother Dante was outgoing with always a twinkle in his eye. Both were well behaved affectionate young boys. Whenever I see either young man now I still get my hug and am still called "Nana." Ryan was raised by his mom and his grandma and when they married into our family, Mark became a major male mentor to both boys. He got Ryan into racing motorcycles and gave him gear to get him started and was at his races to cheer him on. He never missed a home football game and has rarely missed a home college game. These are the people who helped shape Ryan. I'm just a Nana fan of an exceptional young man and a superb athlete. He did good again tonight didn't he? (GRINS) posted by

If you ever want to dis-own Ryan let me know. I need the millions he's going to make in the NFL and I'll adopt him. Wow. He is a walking high-lights film. posted by

Ray, if I thought I'd get a couple of bucks out of the deal I'd LEGALLY adopt him too. LOL. As it is, I'm just happy for him and will stay his adopted great grandma in law. He's a good kid. And yeah...wasn't that first play AWESOME? He broke his own record for running a touchdown. (also, culver has been deleted)
