Its wrong what the Californian is doing regarding foreclosures
Its wrong what the Californian is doing regarding foreclosures, my god, publishing the address' of the peoples homes that are in default, and how much they're behind. I'm sure that gives the neighbors allot to chat about.
It's plain wrong, unethical and hurtful, Report foreclosures, don't act like you're turnin' in bad people, these poor people are hurtin' and all you give 'em is more to worry about, how can they show their faces around town now?
Bad thing to do. Shame on you, shazam n no no!

I haven't seen those names and addresses in the paper. Can you direct me to them?

It's the law. If a loan goes into foreclosure, the lean holder has to contact the person who owes the debt. Mailing a letter regestered mail and posting it in the local News Paper are the two most acceptable ways of showing due diligence, when the property is repossessed. Otherwise, the Judge may give you grief about the foreclosure.

Aren't you watching the recent market? It's more like Buy low, sell lower........But if you've got the cash, be my guest. It's yours to spend. I've got better investments right now. Foreclosure is NOT a good thing. It hurts everybody, either directly, or indirectly. posted by

"I never met a real estate agent who was a BS artist, all they want is ur cash" Was? Or Wasn't? I don't mean to be critical (although I will be) but the use of "ur" and "u" in place of actual words bugs the padoodle out of me and while I might agree with a persons stand, I'll rarely read an email or post where people can't use actual language instead of internet shorthand. I don't comment on peoples spelling or typos but deliberate misuse seems juvenile. Sorry....maybe it's just me being grumpy tonight, but if we're going to use phonetics on those 2 words, maybe we shood yews it alla time. Any1 agree? posted by

As I understand it, speculators are the ones hurting. Did you see, a local man, when the price was going up, bought five houses, don't you know he's hurting? Trying to make the payments. Good luck.
