Prince Harry fights on the frontlines in Afghanistan

They're calling him "Harry the Hero!"

British Royal Prince Harry has been fighting in Afghanistan since late December — and has been directly involved in battle.

Now where are Romney's sons again?

Now that is true patriotism; not whether someone places their hand over their heart during a pledge of allegiance. I wonder if Hannity (a "great American"), Rush (a dope addict), Jaz (an idiot bigot), Ingraham ( the fool),  Coulter (racist dumb a**) or any other fanatic has served?

Shouldn't he be expected to do the same as the other soldiers in the British Army?   As as far as the title "Harry the Hero", they are all heros.  They all face the same danger and face it with dignity and bravery.  Let's not go overboard for Prince of Privilege Harry.

That he is a child of privilege--as were Shrub and Romney's kids--and recognized it carries responsibility as well makes him a standout, if not a hero.

Romney's kids are trying to convert people to wear magic underwear.

I wonder what gr8scott is ? Most likely a limp wristed spineless POS LW lib that has no respect for his country and thinks he's special and the rest of us owe him something.

You're wrong on every account, but that was expected.

I, unlike the individuals mentioned, served my country. I don't blab on and on about patriotism having done nothing patriotic. It is not patriotism to talk on the radio about how great this country is. It is not patriotism to write books about how great this country is. But that is pablum for the sheep, of which you appear to be.

I respect my country, but I am not so naive as to think it is a perfect country. It's not. There are some things wrong here and to say so doesn't make one less patriotic.

No one owes me anything. What I did (do) for this country, I did/do because I want(ed) to. I've never asked anything in return for that service.

You owe me nothing. Even if you had something, I'm sure I couldn't use it.

Worth noting that Matt Drudge apparently posted this news item initially, breaking a voluntary press blackout put in place to protect Harry's life to whatever degree was possible.

.

Support Our Troops, indeed.

randomfactor, drudge's initial report said that the german daily 'bild' and some aussie magazine had broken the agreed-upon embargo. i wonder why drudge has taken that sentence out of his current report.

Maybe because it wasn't true?

You have to do something to earn those million at the trough.

Drudge correcting something that turns out not to be true?  Are pigs flying?
