According to TBC and local TV networks, you can find out the letter grades for restaurants by going to the Environmental Health website. In fact, in a memo dated 6/22/07 and effective 7/1/07 from EH it states in part:

All inspection reports and letter grades are updated daily on our web site (www.co.kern.ca.us/eh), along with the Food Facility Grading Ordinance and Policy.

But I can't find the recent inspection reports nor the grades! As an example, TBC had an interview with the owner of the Spotlight Cafe, who received an A grade, but according to the website above, the last inspection was in Oct., 2006 and no letter grade is reflected.

So what's going on? Am I missing something or.... gasp.... is the county late in reporting as promised?
