Haha, I love how you slip in that "model of maturity." Ken Mettler is scum. He's only threatening to press charges to save his own ass. He knows that he's at fault here and he just wants to take other people down with him. Eww, scum. I don't know the proper way to do it but we should try to have him recalled or something, or at least go to the meetings and bother him about the incident every time.

Initially both sides did not seek charges over a minor scuffle. The cops didn't make an arrest. I wouldn't be surprised if an ambulance chaser got ahold of the kid. It's a money grab; he wants to win the lottery in the courtroom.

If the boy got stitches in an emergency room; if he is in therapy for inflicted emotional trauma, I'd feel sympathetic. Maybe the guy should have butted his head on the pavement or something to make a case.

little 21 year old sissy boy got what he deserved..punchin on a 17 year old the night before thought he was tuff..then he tangled with a man got punched back..old story new day..his offence was against a minor..but thats ok hes one of your much needed heros..so your more than willing to overlook a wrong to get a right..
