As a Witch, I'm not ready to pass judgment until I see more facts. If it is an act of fanaticism that some think it is, it is no better for good people to surrender Bakersfield to bigotry any more than it is to surrender your own neighborhood to the control of gangs. posted by

I am so with you on this one, Vanity. Where did "Religious fanatics" come from? I, also, think it sounds more like kids being a little stupid. The downtown art scene has been struggling so I would not be surprised if this was all for publicity. Not a whole lot of facts, which makes this a little strange. posted by
