The developers are still here trying to build??? They haven't noticed all the empty houses with weeds and dead lawns? They expect a quick return to the "building boom"?  Whatever............

Funny, Thomas' cohorts on the City Council did their best to keep impact fees low for Roger McIntosh and the development  builders until they got the word that the TRIP money was in jeopardy.  Now we all will get to pay for the infrastructure, etc. deficit because they have been too low for many years.
