I don't think children should be indoctrinated into politics.  OR religion.

My parents let me make up my own mind about those things.

Seen "Jesus Camp," Buffoo?  Talking about creepy.

posted by sojourner7 on Oct 1, 2008 at 12:26 PM

It is better than the lame, atheist propaganda that Rf is always boring us with;p

posted by Wolverines1 on Oct 1, 2008 at 12:50 PM

Sojourner your one to talk.  You post religious propaganda EVERYDAY.

You tru to cram your beliefs down our throats.  In fact, I have never seen RF post anything about atheism unless someone is challenging his beliefs.

Your horribly misinformed Wolfy.  Rf is insecure and to compensate he routinely attacks people who share a belief system different from his nihilistic faith.  You will also notice that I post positive stuff of hope and love.  Rf can only post  attacks because his faith offers nothing positive for mankind.

posted by Wolverines1 on Oct 1, 2008 at 01:19 PM

Wayfarer, you are extremely mistaken.  I really don't take anything you say seriously because you are constantly proven wrong.  And, you continue to post lies or parts of stories.

You post positive stuff of hope and love, give me a break.

wolverine get to the back of the pack your out numbered here..

 Rf is insecure

Buffoo, I'm not the one who has to delete posts that shake your already quivering faith.  You're looking in a mirror.  Again.

.

In fact, I have never seen RF post anything about atheism unless someone is challenging his beliefs.

Then you're not paying attention. :)  My beliefs have little to do with my atheism, though...

OK Wolfy prove me wrong or can you also do no more than attack people;)

Rf even takes pride in that he attacks people.

Buffoo, you're looking in that mirror again.  It's not healthy for you.

You have a well-established track record on these blogs, and it's *NOT* a credit to you.

Sioux - I had another video along the same vein as yours, with young children singing about 70 years ago, but I'm trying to become a more kinder and gentler Dril.  Don't want no strokes or heart attacks on my conscious.

Thank heavens that the voting majority of Americans remain Christian and are in no desperate need of a phony savior.

dril..now that i know you saw it i will delete it..I too have a concious for those weak of heart

Thank the nonexistent heavens they're voting for Obama anyway.

Maybe you missed the latest battleground state polls soux. Lots more people are planning on voting Obama than before, and his popularity is only getting stronger the more people see John McCain derail himself not to even mention his running mate that is in way over her head. The best they can hope for now is to lower expectations so much that if she doesn't stutter and drool on her podium they can claim victory.

I like the part where the kids are signing to the song.   Dismiss it as propaganda, but its message is a lot nicer that most of what we have seen lately.

posted by ProgressivePete2 on Oct 1, 2008 at 02:19 PM

Wayfarer, what's with you lately? You've succumbed to throwing stones, insults and general hatred toward your fellow man. RF is obviously getting to you, but instead of turning the other cheek, you've decided to try to attack. It reminds me a little bit of the McCain campaign. Heck, today, John accused Obama of attacking him when Obama was talking about the Bush Administration policies. Today, you're getting into a "no I'm not, but you are" argument with anyone willing to "go there"

Think he got his knuckles rapped, Pete.

So do you Rf and people are not so easily manipulated as you fool yourself into thinking they are.  Remember the Truth will always win out as the clouds of lies are blown away.

That video reminds me of old news reels of the Nazi Youth.

I am not making a political statement I am just pointing out that the video reminds me of news reels from the past.

It looks like other people feel the same way.  Using the search words "Nazi youth brain washing with singing"   Yahoo came up with these links plus more.   Oh no Rush Limbaugh even had a similar thought.  How dare he think the same way I do.  I don't "oxy cotton" my brain the way he did.

Buffoo, you're attacking the guy in your mirror.

posted by ProgressivePete2 on Oct 1, 2008 at 03:00 PM

Wayfarer,

Wow, that's exactly what McCain said when someone asked him about the ad he made that said Obama wanted to teach sex ed to kindergardeners.

Some of you are truly frightened of liberals aren't you. Who's the one being brainwashed here? Are you guys listening to hannity right now or what?

posted by randomfactor on Oct 1, 2008 at 03:08 PM

They don't have to.  They get the blast faxes, Pete.

posted by Wayfarer on Oct 1, 2008 at 03:28 PM

Lies never make up for the Truth; Pete and Rf.  Nor labeling and name calling make a good argument.  They are the refuges of people who have no real arguments.

Lies never make up for the Truth

Yet you keep using them.  What was that definition of insanity again?

posted by Wayfarer on Oct 1, 2008 at 03:57 PM

That would be doing the same thing over and over even if it doesn't work.  For example Rf's use of unsubstantiated claims, stereotyping, playing games and out right lies instead of rational discussion and critical thinking.  Grow up Rf it doesn't work.

posted by randomfactor on Oct 1, 2008 at 04:10 PM

And then why are you doing the same thing over and over even if it doesn't work?

Oh, right.  You don't *DO* "critical thinking."

(Hint:  You're not winning the debate, fella.)

posted by Wayfarer on Oct 1, 2008 at 07:24 PM

Hint I don't buy in towards your lies Rf;D

RF Think he got his knuckles rapped, Pete.

Come on..I was there..Jason swung the mallet on both of you at the same time..cant you ever be honest??

Looks like the video is no longer available.  Obviously the display of cult like worship for the Dear Leader wasn't quite as welcomed by ordinary Americans as the out of touch idiots that put it together thought.
