Yes, because it's the government's job to keep tabs on where you live.

I'm willing to wager my house that the majority of those faulty addresses are because the recipients didn't update their address.

Your wager accepts the notion that just under half, or 53914, of those faulty addresses are the governments fault.  That is of little comfort to the millions of people whose health could be adversely affected by such expected government bungling.

I was at a place yesterday that required payment to enter. This lady borrowed my phone to call someone to come and get her because she was upset they would not let her in free. The place had to keep the lights on and fill the bathroom with toilet paper and free is not an option.

Now if the government would let hospitals/ER's run like regular businesses, no, free is not an option, that would solve the entire problem, either you have insurance or cash to get in,Period. No one would go to jail and the hospitals would not go broke and it would cost the government nothing. it would get the intended result too, people would get health insurance without the government intervening. Insurance companies would scramble to get policies to those who don't have them. People will rise to what is required of them. Jail is not the solution.

I have noticed that a lot of people in certain ethnic groups drive very nice new cars but want free health care. I drive an old paid off car and my husband pays $500 a month his portion for our health insurance, his work pays the other half. $500 is a car pymt and then some. he said today we should drop our insurance, utilize the free ER care and get a new car! LOL

Problem solved.

Also Dolores Huerta said in an interview that Mexico has great socialized medicine and we are so behind the times and we need this bill passed, if that is so why do they all come here for medical care? just a thought.
