That is the message this person was sending when he pulled into the Vons parking lot and the only space open, that was close, was the handicap spot.

You know they are thinking "I won't be here long", he was there much longer then I was. He pulled in the same time I did, and I was gone before him.

That is long enough for someone that really needed the parking spot.

First, glad to see the puppy is back home BUT no dog is worth that much. When you get a dog, do not be somone that will need to brag about how much money you spent on a dog.

My dog is priceless, thats because she has been in my family for years, trained her, learned her personality.

But when you descide to have a dog as a part of your family, don't determine the type of dog because of its cost.

The public has made the prices of these dogs so high, the demand. For what? A cute dog? Do you know how many cute dogs there are at the shelter?

Yesterday I wanted to mail a package. Went to the Stockdale post office... OH MY GOSH.. The line was a block long.

I don't wait in lines... What did I do?

I went to the UPS store on California, ONE person in line. By the time I left there was five.

The UPS store does MORE then UPS. They also do Postal. I spoke with one of my customers and she did not know that. So I figured I would share this info with you.

The UPS store will push UPS shipping, but you just need to say "I want it to go out in the US mail". You can ship, buy stamps.. what ever you need, they do.

Before standing in line at the US post office, drive by a UPS store and see what the line is like there. And no, I don't work for them. I just don't like lines.

Happy Holidays.

Christmas is not far away, don't forget to track santa. It really never made my son get to bed early but he had fun watching the places that santa has been.

He knows that Santa is mom and dad, but this year 'Santa' will bring something special when he lays his head down to sleep.

Keep this link close, if you have kids you will need it.

The above link for kids, the below picture is for moms. Sorry dads, you gotta worship your wife/girlfriend.

Bakersfield: Next to Barnes and Noble on California

Customer service is very poor, this is why I don't shop there. Maybe its a great thing that it is closing. But if you want a good deal, lacking service, you better get in quick.

CompUSA closing over half of its stores

By Eric Bangeman

CompUSA today announced plans to close 126 stores in the United States, leaving the computer retailer with 103 stores spread across 39 states and Puerto Rico. The process began last week with the closing of four stores and the rest will be shuttered in between 60 and 90 days.

The store closings come as part of CompUSA's retrenchment strategy, and the company will be getting a massive cash infusion to the tune of $440 million once the closings have been completed. "Based on changing conditions in the consumer retail electronics market, the company identified the need to close and sell stores with low performance or nonstrategic, old store layouts, and locations faced with market saturation," said CompUSA CEO Roman Ross.

CompUSA has been around for a long time and as recently as 1999 was the number three electronics retailer in the US, trailing only Best Buy and Circuit City (which is also in the process of shuttering stores). 1999 also saw the purchase of the chain by Mexican retail management company Grupo Sanborns, which took the company private.

Yesterday I was at ming and wible and a red car was behind me and I didn't move fast enough for them, so a big black guy got out and told me to get out of the car and then slugged me. He immediately split. Not sure that he had a reality check of what he did in public or my dog in the car scared him. Don't know.

Minutes before he was shoplifting and he punched the store manager.

My young son was in the car and got the back plates when the car left but after he punched me the witnesses got his front plates when they drove by them. Which were different. The front plates were the real plates. So if he hadn't punched me, he might have gotten away.

They are ID'd.

So I want to send a BIG thanks for all those that came to my rescue and gave the police all the information.

Thank you SO much!

You see them on a lot of vehicles, with and without names but did you think that a predator could use it to get to your child when you have your childs name on your window?

A scenario: Your out shopping and your child returns to the car for whatever reason and a predator sees your child at the car, sees their name on the window and calls out for her or him. "Hi Jonah, Tina wants me to take you to her, she has Merlin because he is hurt and Tina needs your help."

or

The car is parked in front of the house, a predator walks by and sees the kids playing in the yard. Uses their name or pet name for the same type of scenario above.

Unless your child was taught to avoid strangers, this could happen. Please do not post your childs name on the window of your car.
