I don't care who cares
That is the message this person was sending when he pulled into the Vons parking lot and the only space open, that was close, was the handicap spot. You know they are thinking "I won't be here long", he was there much longer then I was. He pulled in the same time I did, and I was gone before him. That is long enough for someone that really needed the parking spot.

Obviously mentally handicapped. You know..(not sticking up for this person or anything) but, there are other empty handicapped spots there if someone needed one. JUST SAIN'

Just wondering: In this age of phone cameras, is it practical to take a pic of offender with license plate and send it to a BPD site? Afterall, pictures of vehicles running through a red light are evidence. Use a picture from a citizen to send these jerks a citation.
