Terrible! I understand what you are doing because I've been reading your blogs and I do unserstand why. I think they are doing this to get 'under your skin' and annoy you. This is my opinion though. If you are a renter, just move.  If they are renters, complain to the landlord.  Other than that, try to get along with them and maybe this won't happen.
