Business Question

A friend of mine is interested in opening a retail store in town.  Are there any local resources available that can help budding entrepreneurs write business plans and connect with more experienced folk?

Thanks.

I think there's still a SCORE presence in town:

http://www.score.org/index....

Supposedly they have a storefront at 2100 Chester.  I think that's the Weill Institute.

refiguy forgot to mention the Caucasian chamber of commerce.

Based on reports published on TBC, refiguy can also possibly help you with the repercussions of your business failing.

Info..incorrect.

Checkmate, wasn't that below the belt here?  Or did I mistake your meaning?

It was a joke Nancy.

I knew it was Info, guess I should have explained I meant he DID include the White Chamber of Commerce.  Also a bit of humor.  (although it won't be taken that way by some)

Aside from that I still don't know why it has to be divisive.  Why not The Bakersfield Chamber of Commerce period

Or am I opening another can of worms?  We could do a heck of a lot of fishing with all the worms we keep digging up around here.

spam code  KY  SRV   Hmmmmmm.........

I thought the business ass was funny too.  It took me a minute to figure that one out.

Note to Refi....  use a period for abbreviations..or add oc ...LOL.

Back to bed...and maybe even to sleep.
