Registered Offenders seem to be getting a slap on the wrist these days. There has been several topics in the news in this area: torture, molest, incest etc. It is sad to think that that parents, teachers, and educators warn children to be cautious at all times around strangers.

Offenders have rights, "How? you asked" I am not sure myself. Laws protecting/supporting at the same time. They call it "Relapse". Do we understand the meaning of relapse? Is it for drugs, alcohol and sex offenders. Can you reform minds of oversexed people? Should their eyes be cut out? Castrated? Maybe even a lobotomy. Medication to control sexual thoughts?

Our county has quite of few Offenders. A large percent has doubts of healing. The remainder are in denial and think they can change. With the constant proposal of a new a law that protects our children and yet the rights of offenders are awarded. Someone needs to save our children. How many articles, breaking news, murders have occured during these times. Ask yourself this question, do some research and stand up and fight for the rights of our children, NOT THE OFFENDERS.

THE RIGHTS OF OFFENDERS WERE GIVEN UP WHEN THEY BROKE THE LAW AND VIOLATED A CHILD. THESE CHILDREN NEED US TO PROTECT THEM..

Playgrounds, schools, sport games, porno, Internet, Offenders, do not stop offending, they change their profile. Until they are arrested again, our neighborhoods, community and homes are not safe.

Downtown Metro Court, sending the Traffic division away; have they upgraded for the disabled population.?  Are service animals allowed? How long does it take to get an interpreter?  What about the listening devices? Are you able to have your personal assistant without being judged? Do they still think the mental health population are all crazy? Do they understand the anger when assistance, access, and accessibility is not available during a hearing? Is equipment up to date for the disabled? Has anybody really wondered? What, Discrimination, oh boy here we go, not by the court. Who's really judging here? Oh he is having a fit, lets get him. What happened to the Advocates of Kern County? This is 2010 people lets get it together.  People are dying here. How many does that make now? Do you really think disabled people like to be disabled? Would you believe by law, they can: be, do and have just like you? Where is the Advocate for the Court system? Overhearing a conversation, an attorney states Your honor he is volatile! Do you really know why? Disclosing a disability is the disabled choice. Respect is for all.

I am not sure what to think about this health care reform. Everyone knows that we all need it. With all of the spills, diseases, viruses, pollution, etc. it has made our people ill. I read an article on the Presidents doctor and he stated that there should be a cap of 1 million a year, but then he also stated that the physicians in training do not even talk or have a patient/doctor relationship anymore. They are to busy trying to fill in the 5 minute slot to make money or try to fraud. And you know there are some big big medical fraud people out there. I think that with our children, and they are the future, they should receive benefits so they can complete their schooling and be employed. It is not going to change unless someone speaks out.

I recently experienced some problems, with my visitation. Currently, I am in a Custody battle of one child. Now grant it the other half is a Reg Sex Offender and a Reg. Drug Offender. Of course he has an attorney and also requested an attorney for the minor, Ok that is fine. After a few months of looking into my mental health file, (being accused of taking tranquilizers) ("what I am not an elephant hellooo") the commissioner gave primary custody to the other half, while minors council reviews file's. I am only to see the minor alternate weekends and 4 hours one day a week. Now remember this other half is a Reg Sex/Drug offender. He FLEW.. down to the Child Support office and cut payments. Pending hearing this is what I have had to contend with. The other half's girlfriends ex husband is also a Child Molester, can you believe this. This couple decided to plan a vacation. They send the minor to my home for clothes, shoes etc. for this trip. I did not allow this and was threatened that I would not be able to have the next visitation. My My My, now this is a household with an income of approximately 3500  4500+ monthly, a house, 6-7 cars, and WHAT they can't purchase clothing for a planned vacation for my son. What the H*** is going on with our system?

I am a resident of Bakersfield and am concerned with this SWINE FLU that is in the air. Our President stated there is no alarm, but it is spreading so fast that our elderly, disabled and children are the first ones at risk. Does anyone else have a concern or is it just me?
