How Drudge could decide the presidency
The Drudge Report is an online collection of news reports with huge worldwide traffic. The site is heavily trolled by politicos in Washington and beyond. For a long time it was considered to favor Republicans, but analysts and officials with McCain, Clinton and Obama say the site is now solidly behind Obama. Politico.com has an excellent article on the power of the Drudge Report and its subtle shift in support. Read it here. 4 comments from 4 users

From what I read, Drudge is just another slanted commentator. I don't think the voters are as susceptible to arrogant pollsters and commentators as they think they are. Their influence is a product of their own imagination. This is not an election of politics as usual. Local breaking news this morning has announced that Hillary is expected to concede the nomination to Barak. She will make the announcement this evening or tomorrow. posted by

You might be surprised. Many people believe virtually everything they read on The Daily Kos, which is a wee bit slanted itself. There's a link to my Teen Challenge site there, and I've received emails from people who were flailing their arms and screaming over the fact that I'm cross-linked with "a blog like that." posted by
