A hundred-year-old legal rule may be about to be overturned--and with it some of your rights to shop around for the best deal.  Snake oil wins in the end?

But tomorrow, the Supreme Court will hear arguments that it should do away with its nearly century-old opinion in Dr. Miles Medical Co. v. John D. Park & Sons Co., a decision that has meant retailers are free to price products at less than what the manufacturer thinks they should. Dr. Miles, whose company later changed its name to Miles Laboratories, wanted to set a minimum price for his elixirs.

"Basically, they want to get rid of discounters, particularly Internet discounters," Cooper said. And he added that if manufacturers' actions must be challenged on a case-by-case basis, "the burden becomes immense."

I just *KNEW* the Liberal Media was handing us a lie about the initial attack.  Too many things just didn't add up:

Security forces who observed one of the attackers at the scene a day before the destruction, and possibly even had the suspect IN CUSTODY.

Close family ties between one of the top government officials and one of the attackers, not to mention one of their desert-robed spiritual advisors

The curious failure of air defenses to stop the attack even though they presumably were at high alert.

Failure of the top leadership to heed explicit warnings.

The unexplained disappearance of the #2 official until well after the disaster.
