Synopsis: Frazier Park deputies arrest domestic violence suspect

On 9/25/07, Deputies from the Frazier Park Substation responded to a domestic violence dispute at the  Western Village Motel in Frazier Park. 

Upon arrival, Deputies contacted a distraught female who said her live-in boyfriend had strangled her twice, to unconsciousness and the second time she awoke, he was  leaving with their 3 year-old child, unrestrained, in her vehicle (unknown direction of flight).  Medical aid was called for the victim and deputies attempted to locate the suspect but met with negative results. 

A broadcast was issued on the suspect.

Later that night the victim reported the suspect returned her vehicle and their child but the suspect fled.  On 9/27/07, Deputes from the Frazier Park Substation located the suspect, Curtis Barry Jensen, 30, of Frazier Park in the 700 block of Pasadena Tr.

He was taken into custody without incident and booked into CRF for two counts of co-habitant abuse, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon (other than a firearm) and one count of child endangerment.  His bail was set at $120,000.00.
