Stabbing on Nimrod Court
On 10/07/07 at 0134 hours the Bakersfield Police Department received a 9-1-1 call regarding a possible victim of a stabbing in the 1000 block of Nimrod Ct. Upon arrival officers located a 25 year old male suffering from a stab wound to his torso.
The victim was transported to KMC in critical condition and is undergoing surgery at the time of this news release. Officers located all parties involved in the incident which involved the victim’s family members. The investigation is ongoing. 7 comments from 7 users

Color9, it is in the same general area of West HIgh, but not part of it. The entire neighborhood east of the school is mostly section 8 and lower class rentals. Parkwood Ct., McDonald Way, Nimrod Ct., ect. But the gang members live all around there, plus north of Belle Terrace and all around the area south of Ming and Courtleigh. True though, the gang members have made the entire school a place I would NEVER allow my granddaughter to attend!

Odd..that's where my grandson said he'd like to teach if he came back into town. More of a challange I guess. Both Marks grandsons by marriage graduated from there and both turned out great.
