Three arraigned for counterfeit DVD charges

Date: Tuesday, October 30, 2007 Time: 2:47:22 PM Department contact: Sgt. Banducci Phone: 661 764-5613 Details: Three Los Angeles residents were arraigned today for violation of Penal Code Section 653H(a)(1). The suspects were found in possession of 1165 pirated DVD's while driving on Interstate 5 near Buttonwillow. The suspects were arraigned this afternoon in the Shafter Superior court on case number SF-014210. The defendants are: Nemecio Camacho Paz (51 years old), Eric Sanchez Paz (29 years old), and Felipe Sanchez Paz (18 years old). All three have an address in Los Angeles.
