Elemental Disruption

"Most people go through life dreading they'll have a traumatic experience. Freaks were born with their trauma. They've already passed their test in life. They're aristocrats." Diane Arbus

My life seems to operate sideways~ backwards almost~ and I have come to see thats right for me. A rain of snakes, disruption that cause's growth ,the world split in two.Everyone has there own path, mine has been one of thought, mostly of things folks today seem to disregard. Truth, personal integrity,politeness,...not all eschew these things. For me its been the easiest way to be~ any other way leads me to more trouble..and a sense of humor, above all about myself. Laughter keeps a person sane, and I enjoy seeing the coyote in myself~ the eternal trickster

C'mon folks. The Pakis are our friends. There's a perfectly good reason why they haven't found Bin Laden. You don't look for someone when you already know where he is.

This admin has a bad case of ADD. Mass quantites of Ritalin are in order. They slap Larry when Curly is the one that hit them.

That's right Chico. Saddam was our buddy....but then some Saudis flew planes into the twin towers so it logically would follow that we should go into Iraq and cause a civil war. I think my 4 year old grandson could probably figure out that Iraqis didn't bomb the twin towers.

Now the Pakis are our buddies......for now. It's no wonder that the rest of the world sees us as bipolar. The decades of goodwill that the US has put forth have been ruined in only two terms. Mission accomplished Georgie.

You don't have to have the tag of armchair QB to think Bush is one huge clusterflock. You only have to look. Even the Republicans admit that.

But, I'm sure if a dem is elected, he or she too will be beholding to whoever put them in office, but at least it will be a different kind of clusterflock and probably not near as damaging.

Bush - a Conservative? Biggest government ever, biggest turnaround of surplus to debt in world history, billions of dollars spent to conquer a government we propped up, and having our kids play cops and get their legs blown off.

Big, big, clusterflock. There's just not much to debate on that count.

TSM, I agree. They should quit trying to justify it. Just finish making their own forces take over and start moving to Afghanistan and working the border areas with Pakistan.

Its getting tedius justifying it to intransigent people who don't care why we went there in the first place or continue to be there.

They will always use it to Bash Bush because the are BBB's and thats what they do.

If they get a dummycrat in WH they can ramp up the giving of technology to China and appeasing the rest of the anti-american regimes around the world until we are finally one world.

One poor subjegated world

Ling~ the dragon is not sleeping,it is buying us lock stock and barrel..the reason we need stable governments is to keep the status quo. When things get all joberwacky, is when things can happen dertremental to our country. I mean more detremental than they already are. This could take more than sheets of plastic and rolls of duck tape to make one feel safe.

Chico-

You always want to talk smack to those who don't agree with why we are in Iraq.  I have never heard what your opinion is why we are there, care to be courageous like the ones you demean and share your side?

I guess the U.S. needs a strong benevolent dictator then Sage?

Chico~ I refuse to trade "smack talk" with you.  You know I am beyond disappointed in your recent antics here, your pot stirring...I am truly sorry ,I thought we could at the least be honorable opponents. But you have proven me wrong time and time again. So go right back to your rote lines, how many ways can I say I am not in favor of Ms. Clinton for it to sink in your head? But no that would deprive you of your best lines,so do not let facts get in your way.Or in the way of clan jackal or any of your other personalities.

You will continue to read what you want to see in what I say, will continue to "yell' over and over and over..but it does not change what I say.  Which by the way for those following the conversation contained no mention of dictators, bridges or the like.Or a one world.

posted by ChicoEsquela on Dec 28, 2007 at 10:01 AM

I have given myriad reasons why I think we are there

They are worth about as much as the lost bandwidth to express them

My point to TSM was it is now just tedious explaining why we are there

WTF diff does it make now anyway?

Sorry if thats not "smack" enough for ya but if want me to regurgitate for you all those "reasons" like a momma bird feeding her nestlings, go back and do it yourself

We are there. Train those people up and leave them to stew in their own juice

And BTW, who was I deameaning? If you feel demeaned by opinions, strong or otherwise, why do you frequent this place?

posted by thetruthhurts on Dec 28, 2007 at 10:02 AM

Chico-

Sage responded the way she did because she has said over and over again that she is not a Clinton supporter.  You don't listen to very much at all.  How about this, every time I see you bring up Clinton to Sage I will bring up that fact that since you were in the Vietnam War you are nothing but a child and woman killer...true?...maybe/maybe not...now we are playing by your rules...sound good...no...oh well.  You get what you dish out.

Chico~ it is not your "opinions" but taking my nick and making a cute little name out of it is what I speak of, talk about feeding little birdies?!! How many times does the TOS need explaining to you? You seem to understand if I call you Chica,or eesa it is disrespectful,is it that much of an intellectual leap for you to see it the other way around? Apparently and abundantly it is.
posted by ChicoEsquela on Dec 28, 2007 at 10:17 AM

I might not have even been referring to you BTW. I call all kinds of people sarge. won't happen with you

also BTW there is a medicated man on here that calls me by all kinds of nicknames and yet he is protected for some reason == possibly sympathy, not sure. doesn't make it right

BTW, its really punk to turn people in

I had people on here conspiring to replicate immediately my complete profile (not sure how they did that but at the very least it took some dilligent monitoring and editing - could have been more than that)

But I never once turned anyone in

posted by ChicoEsquela on Dec 28, 2007 at 10:19 AM

and the worst part was (Jason knows all this)

there were people on here (sock puppets) that I am still being accused of being

Jason knows through ISP's BTW

He also knows I haven't turned anyone in

Justin,

I can not understand why you get so much pride from stating you have never turned anyone in. When I first started this blog. I reported one person for a vulgar word. That's a long time ago. And the only time I have reported anyone. But I don't wear that fact as a badge of courage.

BTW,

I refer to as Justin with regards to Justincase.

posted by ChicoEsquela on Dec 28, 2007 at 10:41 AM

you threatened just now to "turn someone in"

what kind of badge is that?

did you have your own LLC to install fire suppression systems?

CCI?

we have more than one jail up here Sage

posted by sagefever on Dec 28, 2007 at 10:51 AM

Chico~ I understand that but you mention jails and no one else has in this thread~it makes on contextual sense.

TK~Chico appears to be trying to implicate others, with no names of course, and paint himself some sort of cool hand Luke style "hero". How I see these thing is this way. Let the words and actions stand,it is up to those who oversee the blogs in regards to profanity and offense. The things I say are important to me here, that's why I try to be level headed and not go ballistic. This "sage" represents what I am,the things I stand for. If others want to be known for mud slinging, crude behavior that is their choice. I ask on the blogs directly for a change of words, or an image, if I feel the need to do so. I have deleted before, the blogger who shall not be named, and once at the request of another blogger. I have not turned anyone in but if I feel the need to do so, I would, and I would say why directly on the blog in question. The rules are there for a purpose, it makes for a civil (sort of anyway) place to exchange opinions.

Justin,

That is between me. And the person I posted that remark to. And it was not a threat, it was a statement of actions that was bound to come about, if corrections were not made. Gladly. Things were settled amicably.

No, I was Superintendent for a Company that did fire sprinkler work all over California.

ADT/simplex were solely alarm systems until they bought out Grinnel I believe.

They had bought out Grinnel after Grinnel screwed up at MGM Vegas Then the faulty sprinkler head fiasco.. They split again around early 2000 I suppose.

They may still do inspections. But I think they are completely out of  installation.
