Where would you like to fly from Bakersfield?
ExpressJet Airlines announced earlier this week it will serve 24 midsize U.S. cities, including Bakersfield. ExpressJet will fly two nonstop flights a day to and from San Diego starting on May 14. Meadows Field currently offers service to Los Angeles, Phoenix, Houston, San Francisco, Salt Lake City and Las Vegas. Some locals have expressed an interest in adding service to Sacramento.
Where would you like to be able to fly from Bakersfield? Also, check out a previous blog on ExpressJet adding service to Bakersfield. 6 comments from 6 users

Austin, TX and more flights to Vegas as well (not just at 9pm). By the way, when are we ever going to get Southwest here to town? Our airport will always be "less-than" until we get a decent commuter carrier like Southwest or JetBlue. Just my 2 cents.
