O.J. and another criminal case
Las Vegas police have confirmed that O.J. Simpson is a suspect in a sports memorabilia theft case.

One report quoted Simpson as saying the items were his.

The matter is still under investigation and there are conflicting reports so it is not clear yet whether the items taken in the theft are or were in Simpson's possession.

But if there was a break in, it's not a defense that the items were Simpson's in the first place. There are procedures available to handle disputes and burglary isn't one of them.

Remember when Simpson was one of the most revered athletes in America?

From MSNBC

"Simpson told the Associated Press that he had been conducting a "sting operation" to collect memorabilia belonging to him when he was escorted into a hotel room at the Palace Station casino."

Probably using those detective skills he honed searching for the real killer(s).

He has arrogant sports hero and classic abuser written all over him.  I do remember him as a football player "The Juice"..the fall from heights is a tough one, from hero to crook and worse.

He claimed that one of the items this guy had was the suit he wore on October 3, 1995. It wasn't there; some guy in Fresno has it. There was a picture on FOX about a half hour ago of the suit with today's Fresno Bee held up in front of it. There are video cameras all over that hotel. If O.J. did something illegal, he'll get it.

OJ does have some experience in conducting investigative stings; he played Det. Nordberg in The Naked Gun movies, remember?

  Guess Who?

One of the "items of memorabilia" OJ was "stealing back" was a picture of himself with J. Edgar. (no, not in a dress)

Know who the future Miami Dolphin is on the right?

Isn't that Larry Csonka?

He's going to write a book about the theft titled "IF I DID IT".  Proceeds will go to the Simpson and Goldman families.

Yep OB, its Csonka.

He's written it already Audrey

Denise Brown is upset about the Goldman's selling it but Ron is going to re-write the forward.

Maybe OJ stopped in Bakersfield and robbed the Golden West Casino too!

Maybe OJ helped Vincent Brothers drive across the US and dispose of the gun, knife, and bloody clothes. He has experience doing that, you know.

Once a criminal always a criminal. You can take the punk out of the hood, but you can't take the hood out of the punk..i.e. Mike Tyson, Mike Vick, Joey Porter, Ray Lewis, etc..

I think OJ has done it this time.

If guns were utilized and this can be proven, then once he and his "posse" encrouched over the threshold to that man's room, then actually took property out of said room, he has big trouble.

The utilization of a gun in a robbery by any of his group  will provide enhancements that will mean he could face up to 15 years.

He has already made some felony stupid statements about a "sting", etc. so he places himself there and Vegas is nothing if not smothered in video surveillance cameras. If the guns show on tape, he will have to plea for still some good hard time.

Once in prison, he will probably take a shank either from an Aryan Brotherhood gang member for obvious reasons, or a Hispanic eme, etc. gang member, even a BGF or other black gang member for reasons not so obvious like just plain notoriety, etc.

He has finally crossed the line and not lucked out.

One of OJ's "posse" now admits a gun was present. That along with his former "best buddy" now say there was at least one gun.

If so, bye bye OJ.

Now OJ says "no sting, just a set up!"

Evolving story = guilt

OJ won't make it in stir

Wait for conspiracy theories

That Goldman is a powerful dude, no?
