can you get married in prison anyways? even straight? cause i dont think if you can get married in prison being straight, then im sure they wouldnt allow gay people to get married either. posted by

Well... Now, in the state of California you can have same sex marriage, so im assuming sense its law, then the prison system would have to follow that rule too. posted by

jfrancais is correct. However I doubt that CDC would allow conjugal visits between married same sex partners. Or would they? I predict a lawsuit coming.... posted by

If the answer is yes that would cause prisoners to commit crimes in jail to stay with their significant others. Oh boy what a mess....

Buxton, I don't think Manson is attached, but Night Stalker Richard Ramirez married some woman through the glass. I believe the Menendez brothers had through-the-glass ceremonies, too.
