Details:
On 5-20-2008, at approximately 1325 hours, Senior Deputy Michael Scott and Deputy Darrin Clodt from the 
Ridgecrest Substation assisted California State Parole with locating James Justice in Ridgecrest for a 
parole violation.
&amp;nbsp;
James Justice is a PC 290-Sexual Registrant and he is required to wear an ankle monitor/GPS Tracking 
Device.&amp;nbsp; This device identified Justice was driving around Ridgecrest during the night and possibly staying 
at an address other than his address of record in violation of his parole terms.

James Justice was located and arrested living at a residence other than his parole address. A search of the 
residence revealed suspected methamphetamine and narcotics paraphernalia. The investigation also 
revealed there were young children living with him where he was located which is also a violation of his 
parole terms.

Justice was booked into the Ridgecrest Jail for violation of PC 3056-No Bail Parole Hold, H&amp;amp;S 
11377(a)-Possession of Methamphetamine and H&amp;amp;S 11364-Possession of Paraphernalia.
